Then you raise your head from prostration and squat in a light break between prostration and doing and saying "Glory to God + Thank God + No God but God + Allahu Akbar" 10 times, that is 75 times in every rak'ah.
It does so four times, i.e. in the four rak'ahs, so there are 300 praises, which
is the way to pray.
